How to Contribute
If you would like to contribute an entry to ANFApedia, you must
- be an active member of ANFA
- contact the ANFA Board to request editor status
Once you have been granted editor status, please refer to the Basic Editing Guidelines page before creating new pages or making edits to existing pages. For more in-depth information about the Mediawiki software, please consult the User's Guide.
Citation Guidelines
Articles submitted to ANFApedia must use proper citation. Please see the Citation Guidelines page for instruction on how to use MediaWiki's citation tools.
Submitting a New Article and Changes to Existing Articles
Once you have been granted editor status, you may write articles in you personal sandbox and submit them for review. You may also make changes to existing ANFApedia articles, which will also be submitted for review. You may create talk pages for new articles, which will facilitate communication between editors and reviewers. See the Basic Editing Guidelines page for instruction on creating talk pages.
Permissions
You must be an active member of ANFA and request editor status from the Board in order to create or edit ANFApedia articles. Once your status as editor is granted, you will be able to create and edit pages on the ANFApedia platform, but these will not be published until the review process is complete. If you would like to participate in the ANFApedia review process as a reviewer, permission must be obtained from the ANFA Board. Once you are granted reviewer status, your site privileges will be elevated and you will have the ability to publish pages. The site administrator has full privileges on the wiki and has the ability to override any changes at the request of the Board.
